Returns & Refunds
We offer a return for any item within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, an exchange is not possible. If you wish to exchange your jewellery, please return it and place a new order.
We can only accept perfect condition/unused items that include all original packaging, care cards, instructions, labelling and postal box which enables us to exchange or refund your order efficiently.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges of any product purchased from one of our Lizas and Qudo stockists - any purchase made in a physical store must be exchanged or returned through the physical store and their policies.
Faulty item:
If you have received a damaged item, please click on the Returns & Refunds page listed at the bottom of our website. Follow the instructions until of the form and please upload up to 6, clear images of the damaged piece. Once we have reviewed the damage we will ask for the damaged item to be returned to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping. Once the item is received by us, we will either send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.
